What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Flutterwave and Paystack. Both support card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD. Your payment is processed securely and you’ll receive a confirmation instantly.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-leading payment gateways — Flutterwave and Paystack — both of which are PCI-DSS compliant and use 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
How do I set the payment amount?
You enter the amount yourself during booking. This gives you flexibility based on the package or custom quote you’ve already discussed with our team. If you’re unsure of the amount, reach out to us first via the Contact form.
Can I pay a deposit and settle the rest later?
Yes! Many clients prefer to pay a deposit to secure their date, then settle the balance before or on the day of the service. Just enter your deposit amount at checkout and let us know in the message field.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for events and projects. For urgent requests, contact us directly on WhatsApp at +234 802 824 7290 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled date to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in a partial forfeiture of the deposit.
What does Content Creation include?
Our Content Creation service covers written content (captions, scripts, blog posts), short-form videos, reels, and platform-optimised posts. We handle ideation, production, and delivery — you just approve and post. It’s billed monthly and includes up to 12 pieces of content.
How long does it take to deliver content?
Turnaround depends on the content type. Social media graphics and captions are typically ready within 2–3 business days. Video content takes 5–7 business days after filming. We’ll always give you a clear timeline at the start of your project.
What's included in Event Coverage?
Event Coverage includes a full media crew (photographer + videographer), multi-camera setup, same-day highlight reel, and complete event documentation. We cover corporate events, concerts, weddings, product launches, and more. Final edited files are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Do you travel for events outside Abuja?
Yes! We cover events across Nigeria. Travel and logistics costs are added to the base price depending on location. Contact us with your event details and we’ll provide a full quote including travel.
How does Influencer Marketing work?
We handle everything — from identifying the right influencers for your brand, negotiating deals, briefing creators, managing the campaign, and tracking performance. You get a full report with reach, engagement, and ROI metrics at the end of every campaign.
What size influencers do you work with?
We work with nano (1K–10K), micro (10K–100K), and macro (100K+) influencers depending on your budget and goals. Micro-influencers often deliver the best engagement rates for Nigerian brands. We’ll recommend the right tier for your campaign.
What does Brand Strategy involve?
Brand Strategy starts with a full brand audit — we assess your current positioning, competitors, and audience. From there we develop your brand identity (logo, colours, typography), messaging framework, and a strategic roadmap for growth. Deliverables include a brand guidelines document and a 90-day action plan.
How long does a Brand Strategy project take?
A full Brand Strategy project typically takes 3–4 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. This includes discovery sessions, research, concept development, revisions, and final handover. We’ll keep you involved at every stage so there are no surprises.
What happens after I complete payment?
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll see a success screen with your booking summary. Our team will also reach out within a few hours to confirm details, discuss your brief, and prepare for your project.
